Magnums of rosé. That's how we celebrate summertime at Underbelly. Last year, we invited our friends to cook dinner with us paired with big ass bottles of rosé. We had so much fun that we've decided to do it again.
Two-time James Beard Award-winning chef Ryan Prewitt of New Orleans’ Peche Seafood Grill is such a rosé fan that he plans to have 30 bottles on his wine list this season. Celebrated chefs Michael Hudman and Andy Ticer also like to think pink at home in Memphis, as well as at their acclaimed restaurants Andrew Michael Italian Kitchen, Hog & Hominy and Porcellino's.
It was this shared love—and many a shared bottle—that led this group to collaborate on a special dinner: The 2nd Annual Respect the Rosé.
This multi-course meal will be a celebration of friendship, Southern cuisine and, of course, plenty of delicious rosé.
Tickets are $150 per person, which includes gratuity. Tax is additional.
