So we're bringing them all to Houston.
Join us to welcome executive chef Cassidee Dabney, sommelier and director of food beverage Andy Chabot and brewery managing partner Roy Milner for a multi-course collaboration dinner with Chris and his team. The dinner will be inspired by Blackberry Farm's Foothills Cuisine®, which pays homage to locally sourced and seasonally fresh products grown on the property's four-acre garden. Underbelly wine director Matt Pridgen and sommelier Alicia Wolf will collaborate with Andy on an incredible selection of wines, featuring some of Andy's favorites from his James Beard Award-winning wine list.
