For two years, chef Deuki Hong, writer Matt Rodbard gathered recipes, stories, in-the-moment photos and interviews from Korean American neighborhoods all across the United States. Koreatown: A Cookbook is the result: their portrait of a culture and community that works hard, feeds generously and parties late.
We'll celebrate the release of the book with a collaborative dinner featuring dishes from the cookbook and Chris Shepherd's Korean-inspired cooking.
Tickets are $125 (gratuity is included; tax is additional) and include a signed copy of Koreatown: A Cookbook.
