Back in October, Chef Chris Shepherd introduced some of Underbelly’s iconic dishes to New York at Momofuku Ssäm Bar’s One Night Only Dinner Series. On Sunday, January 31, Houston gets a taste of Ssäm Bar when Ssäm Bar and Má Pêche Executive Chef Matthew Rudofker takes over Underbelly for one night.
Momofuku Ssäm Bar, David Chang’s second restaurant in the Momofuku restaurant group, serves an inventive menu that’s always evolving. Country hams, raw bar items and off cuts are staples, and the restaurant is known for its Bo Ssäm Pork Shoulder and Whole Rotisserie Duck. No word yet on which dishes Chef Rudofker will decide to bring to Houston, but there is no doubt the dinner will be an incredible experience.
$135 per person, plus tax and gratuity. Tickets include a multi-course meal served family-style with beverage pairings.
